Please click the EXHIBITOR RESOURCE CENTER tab in the navigation bar or the EXHIBITOR TOUR to set up your exhibitor profile. The Exhibitor Resource Center will have exhibitor tasks, deadlines, and featured links to support your planning process.

THINGS TO KNOW:

My Account: You can access account information through My Account. You will find a summary of your purchases, AANI W9, your invoice, and the option to pay your invoice with a credit card. NOTE: Please make sure your Primary Exhibitor contact is up to date.

Housing & Registration: This is handled by CMR, who will reach out to you shortly after you secure your booth. If you have not received an email from CMR, contact them at aanamsupport@cmrus.com or see Featured Links for CMR resources. CMR can also help any exhibitors interested in lead retrieval - see the Exhibitor Resource Center for the form. 

Colorado Convention Center: There is a lot to learn about the CCC and many great resources to help. You can check out the CCC website or brochure for its facility, floor plan, and parking options. 

Exhibitor Deadlines and Specifications: All guidelines, deadlines, and specifications are in the 2024 prospectus starting on page 58. 

Vendor Support: check out the 2024 Vendor Webinar featuring Freeman, the Colorado Convention Center, and Encore. Our vendors introduce themselves, share essential features and services, and host a Q&A. (click here for the presentation deck)
